Boozy crazy golf to hit Glasgow’s Southside
Written by News on 10th September 2018
A new adult crazy golf venue is set to open its doors in Glasgow – just in time for fresher’s week.
Fore Play Crazy Golf will feature a nine hole park, with street food vendors and a bar on site to fill your post-lecture needs.
The Kinning Park venue is to start taking bookings on Saturday 22 September, and will offer special themed nights including discounts for students and date nights. The park will reserve Sundays for families.
Food vendors include Czech food truck the Prague Shack, which serves food with a Scottish twist. The new venue is an expansion for the Edinburgh based food company into the west. Run by husband and wife team, Vincent and Barboara Stepanka, the truck is known for festival and event appearances all over Scotland.
Craig Neilson, joint-founder of Fore Play Crazy Golf, said: “We know how Glaswegians love a night out and we hope that the combo of crazy golf, food, good value, not to mention the bar, will offer the perfect ingredients for an alternative night out.
“Similar to table tennis, crazy golf has taken the London scene by storm and we expect it to be embraced in Glasgow.
“We have lots of plans for future events, especially for Christmas, and are looking forward to opening the doors.”
Prices start from just £7.00 and bookings can be made online at www.foreplaycrazygolf.co.uk.
