Radio Caley stand in support with the staff taking industrial action against proposed job cuts and compulsory redundancies.
Radio Caley understands that the choice to strike would not have been an easy choice to make. However in light of unsuccessful ACAS negotiations, staff have no other alternative.
As student media, we fully support the decision made to exercise their right to take industrial action. The disruption to studies is understandably frustrating and disruptive while staff fight to protect jobs and working conditions.
Radio Caley hopes for a resolution that can be reached so staff can return to campus life.
